Problems trying to register with EDF Desormais at 13:26 on 29 July 2010
Has anybody else had problems trying to register with Every Day Fiction? Every time I get a message saying that my IP address has been identified as a SPAM address. Contacting them generated an automatic FAQ response identifying the spam filter they use www.stopforumspam.com and telling me to check whether our IP address is blacklisted there. So I did, and it isn't, and I've emailed them to say so. Despite sending another reminder today, I still haven't had a response from them.
Our broadband system is O2, and we've never had a problem like this before.
