I've been writing for about 20 years. It started with a correspondence course and, catching the bug, there followed 3 summer schools. Our tutor on those wonderful occassions, was Stanley Middleton, a Booker Prize Winner in 1975.

Attended a few Creative Writing classes, Writing Weekends and Writing Events and with the encouragement of Arthur Smith, the late editor of Cambrensis, a Welsh literary magazine, had stories published by him.

I've had short stories published in My Weekly and an unpublsihed novel reviewed by Phil Rickman on a BBC Radio Wales programme, 'Now Read On.' Sent it out without success. The novella, on advise from an agent and Honno will be lengthened from 40,000 words to 80,0000. Will put it aside for now and look at it afresh in the New Year.
