Explosively funny yet terrifying in its accuracy concerning the current state of world affairs. Largely written pre 9/11, reading the run up to the Bush election is like watching the Titanic smash into the iceberg. You want to yell 'Stop!' but know your pleas will fall on deaf ears.
MM is a brilliant and tireless campaigner for fair play. After reading, I was left in genuine horror at the prospect of the modern world being run by such a bunch of redneck, dirty minded cheats but cheered in the fact that this book is a number one bestseller - unless I'm parananoid of course and the redneck cheats have bought up all the copies and burned them. Hey, I'm starting to think like Micahel Moore, Hooray!!
