eanna, you're dead right - ideas often aren't easy! It's a struggle to find inspiration sometimes (well, often, probably).

I enjoyed it.

typo: Did you mean 'faint'?

Isn't it funny how we get a spate of writer's block sometimes which onlyends when we write a poem like this! Very profound little piece.

Very true - and well expressed! I'd be tempted to put a semi-colon at the end of the second line though - just to add to the punch factor ...?

Eanna,

This is a very effective piece packing so much meaning into so few words.

You have conveyed the elusiveness of ideas and the difficulty of capturing them, perfectly.

I tend to agree with HollyB that a semi colon would make for increased impact on the reader.

Look forward to more gems from you in the future.

Best wishes,
Barlow

Hi eanna,
Expresses the pain of writer's block so well. Excellent.
