Ooooh, look!
There’s a big tempting stick!
Why don’t you just go and pick it up
And whack yourself over the head.
‘cos your head’s not bloody enough is it?

Ooooh, look!
There’s a big enticing rock!
Why don’t you just go and pick it up
And sling it into your back pack?
‘cos it’s not heavy enough is it?

Practice makes perfect afterall!

Ooooh, look!

No.
Let’s not.
Stop.
Enough.
WATCH MY LIPS.

See this stick?
See me grab it real firm?
See me fling it into the ditch?

See this back pack?
See me unclasp it?
See me hurl it far into the pit?

Bring it on.

I can shout louder than taunting fiends
I can run faster than the derisive demons
I can fly higher than fearsome phantoms.

Bring it on Beelzebub.

Brilliant! Like all your work, there is strong imagery, but this piece introduces a challenge, an argument with another - you can hear the firm words, you can feel yourself hurling the stick.

Bravo Walrus!
