Tiny Tears

A trickle,
just a whisper,
soft sweet sigh
on ruddy flesh.
Meander,
slalom silver,
tiny tears
with rose enmesh.

Stroking comfort,
true and gentle,
reassuring
salty wash.
rinse away,
cleanse my memory.

Let me let go of that I've lost.

Thanks guys. The catharsis of crying is very underrated methinks.

I'm struck dumb; time to quietly weep methinks.

Beautifully expressive - I too belong to the 'crying school', so can really relate to the 'reassuring salty wash.'

Thanks

Spud

Beautiful poem. I could taste the tears and feel how my cheeks get so warm when I cry.
In so few words you express the act and the meaning of the act so beautifully.
I'm a fully paid up member of the crying club too and agree that it's incredibly underrated.
