as best as you can

Take one male,any male
Stir not shakened,
dash of spice,
nice,
peppers,make him hot
plenty of seasoning
no reasoning
crumpet cooked up in a pot.

Quirky poem Alice. 'peppers, make him hot' - yes, a good idea chillis release endorphins (happy chemicals) in the blood producint a natural high in the eater. 'crumpet' - good one! I think it's only ever been associated with women before (!?) so why not reclaim it and use it for men! 'no reasoning' - liked this too like Nahed.
