Turbulence

There was turbulence in the air
I was a chronically travel-sick teen
And as I felt my insides being shaken around
I began to feel really green

The vomit-bag in front of my chair
Shone out at me like a beacon.
"Use me! Fill me!" It shouted.
I could feel my stomach weaken.

"All you have to do is aim and chuck!"
Said the vomit-bag starting a riot
For my intestines were having a battle,
I wished they would be quiet.

But, "Go on and vomit," the vomit-bag said
A comment i couldn't ignore,
So " SHUT THE HELL UP!" I screamed in a rage
And threw up all over the floor.

Cec firstly welcome to write words hope you enjoy yourself and we get the chance to see more of your work,

a very funny poem and what a subject,

just one or two minor points, there is a typo in verse 1 line 3 ( insides) and in verse 3 line 4 would it scan better if you changed 'it' to 'they' especially as you have 'intestines' in the previous line. I also wonder about the use of teh word 'vomit' twice in the next line perhaps consider changing the second one to sick?

however despite my nitpicking a great first post should bring many a smile and many a memory

take care
