How did it change so quickly?
It felt like there was no way out..

It came from nowhere,
inner-peace, Happiness.

I felt like I was starting to form,
becoming alive after such a long time.

A smile, laughter and then feeling,
feeling that had been missing for so long.

Happiness, togetherness, depression banished.
I am alive again!
