I have never used the word 'humbling' about a film before, but Anvil is just that. I sobbed (and laughed). It ought to be required viewing not just for musicians but also writers, artists, or anyone else. Just the most wonderful film I have seen in years. Watch.

It's a documentary about a washed-up heavy metal band and it's the best thing ever. On one level, a real-life Spinal Tap, on another, it does for me what Paolo Coelho apparently (inexplicably) does for others.

Leila, I read some reviews after I read your post, and must say it sounds intriguing. I'll look out for it when it comes to the Arts.
