Due to popular demand (OK, just Sharon but she has such influence) I’ve revised chapter 16. Before @@@@@ it has only minor changes but is substantially different beyond that.

This also makes it much longer – again, blame Sharon!

Just edited chapter 19 too… only the first section as far as @@@@@. Beyond that it hasn’t changed.

Be happy to hear any comments on both chapters.
