  • Introducing myself as inviited
by Sean Kinsella at 19:05 on 13 November 2008
I've just uploaded my own poetry page on this site

    http://www.writewords.org.uk/seankinsella/

Any comments would be appreciated, although there's only two poems to view at present (more to folow)

Also, how can I post some of my own poetry, within the regular remit of the forum?

    Best Regards

Hi, Sean, and welcome. I see you've been a member for a while, so it's nice to see you've started posting

Also, how can I post some of my own poetry, within the regular remit of the forum?

The first thing to do is check out the poetry forums:
    http://www.writewords.org.uk/groups/
I see Peotry I and II are full, so you could WWmail the hosts asking if room can be found for you in one of them. Choose one of them to join (click on Click here to join this group). There will be a short pending period before you can start uploading your work in it for comment. There is a two day waiting period between uploads, to give members time to look at it - although it can take people a week or two to get round to reading uploads depending on how busy they are outside of the Site. Also the Site relies on reciprocal crits, so don't forget to give feedbank on other members' work in your chosen group.
You can also upload work into the Archive.
Any work uploaded in a group will automatically be moved to the Archive when you upload a new piece.

If you have any other questions, please ask.
