I thought I'd just say a little 'hello again' to everyone as I've just got back into working on my teen novel, Gonna B, after a very long break! I've always been a bit sporadic with my writing, but this is the longest 'break' I've ever had, I think. Basically, I took a promotion at work and my job took over my life for a good year or so. I had very little time and energy to do much in my spare time, let alone write! Anyway, I've now left the job in hope of finding my creativity again!

I've dipped an occasional toe back into this site, but it seems a bit different in some ways since I was last active here. Some of the groups seem a bit quieter, for starters? Good to see lots of the same names here, though. Looking forward to taking part again and reading your work!

Tash and Kev was finished and after some debate with my agent, renamed The Year I Grew Up. Didn't find a publisher, unfortunately, so
Gonna B
is my next project!

Just to add, there's been a bit of reorganisation in the Groups recently and YA Group has gone a bit quiet. Childrens and Teen Fiction writers are tending to congregate in the Childrens Group at the moment.
