Can anyone please tell me whether it is okay to reproduce the signature of Queen Elizabeth the FIRST in a book?

It depends on where you've got the image of the signature from. If you've taken the photograph yourself of an original signature it should be fine, but if you've used a photograph taken by someone else who is still alive then they own the copyright and oyu'd need their permission to reproduce it.
