Would anyone be interested in joining me to re-instate one of the novel writing groups (or start a new one)?

Yes ofcourse i want to join it. I like to read novels also and from of my heart i respect novel writers.
They really very intelligent and great persons..

I'd join to get fresh opinion on my work, and in return I'd offer my views on others' work, for what they're worth - (my views that is).

I'm not sure how much time I can dedicate to this, probably no more than 1 or 2 reviews / critiques per month.

The problem I've had with previous groups is that many of the critics didn't appear to appreciate that they were looking at an extract from a novel, not a short story or an essay, but a chapter from a novel.

It was also very time consuming having to explain my suggested edits in a 'positive coaching' fashion, rather than just giving them. So it may be an idea to set out some ground rules.

Please 'give us a shout' if you're going ahead.
