Has anyone read this US short fiction writer?

I think he's outstanding. Just discovered him, having read a piece by him in a BA Mystery Stories (it wasn't a mystery story, it was a subtle, brilliant novella.) This is on a par with first discovering Alice Munro or Tobias Wolff. And he's only 33. One to look out for if you enjoy realism. Anyone else read him and rate him?
