Profile	A North Yorkshireman now living in New Yor. John began his freelance career in television and film, before in 1981 being commissioned to design the Jorvik Viking Centre in York, England. Following this success he worked internationally designing and developing cultural heritage attractions. He now divides his time between writing humour and illustrating (adult non-fiction and fiction) and the operations of his two New York restaurants.
