I've not managed to write anything for the exercises yet so thought I'd post something that I wrote for fun this morning instead. Help in polishing it would be really appreciated as it's not something I've spent any time on yet. 

It's not perfect, or even that great, but it feels like a major achievement nonetheless - I found it so hard to write in this way.
