it's a song, a letter to my black girl-friend about our shared joy and pain. Hope no african men will take offence! Need some help with the rhymes doesn't flow as much as I wish. Please leave your comments! 

I wrote this the morning after a sleepless night, a bottle of rhum and loads of talking about love and what it means. 

this is a poems for the people of Sahir House, an association here in lIverpool who helps and support people HIV positive and their family. In their memory and honour I wrote this poem... I hope you will like it!
